The Royal Exchequer is Mabruenia's Ministry for finance, controlling the National Bank, and the treasury of the nation. The National Bank of Mabruenia oversees financial policies and currency issuance. 

The The Éclat (pronounced ay-klah) is the official currency of the Royal Dominion of Mabruenia, established to represent the nation's sovereignty, honor, and economic independence. The term Éclat, meaning “brilliance” or “burst of light."

All government transactions, treasury allocations, business registrations, and military stipends are conducted in Éclats.
